Zhao Guanbing, a native of Xinghua, Jiangsu Province, is a professor and master's supervisor. Currently, he serves as the dean of the School of Intellectual Property at Jiangsu University. He graduated from the School of Management at Jiangsu University in 2011, obtaining a Doctor of Management degree. He has held positions such as the director of the Office of the Jiangsu Province Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Development Research Base, the director and deputy secretary-general of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Branch of the China Society of Technology Economics, the entrepreneurship mentor for Jiangsu University students, and the entrepreneurship mentor for the Jiangsu University Students' Entrepreneurship Park in Nanjing Bai Xia High-tech Industrial Park.
He has published over ten academic papers in various journals such as "Science of Science and Management of S&T", and has edited or co-edited five books. He has participated in and led more than ten research projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation, the Ministry of Science and Technology's Soft Science Program, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, the Zhenjiang Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and the Jiangsu Provincial Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Bureau.
