Dr. Hongxu Chen is now working as a senior data scientist at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). Prior to that, he was a postdoc research fellow at the University of Technology Sydney. Hongxu completed his Ph.D. at The University of Queensland (UQ), Australia in Data Science (formerly DKE) Research Group, School of Information Tech. and Electrical Engineering (ITEE). His PhD Thesis won the 2020 Dean's Award for Outstanding Higher Degree by Research Theses.
Prof. Lizhen Cui is a distinguished professor and doctoral supervisor at Shandong University. He is currently the dean of the School of Software at Shandong University, the co-dean of the Shandong University-Nanyang Technological University International Joint Institute of Artificial Intelligence (C-FAIR), the deputy director of the National Engineering Laboratory for E-commerce Transaction Technology, an IET Fellow, a Taishan Scholar Distinguished Expert, a Shandong Province Teaching Master, selected into the National College Computer Excellent Teacher Award Program, a director and outstanding member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), the chairman of the CCF Jinan Branch, the deputy director of the Collaborative Computing Committee, a standing member of the Database Committee, a member of the Software Engineering Professional Teaching Committee of the Ministry of Education, and an engineering education certification expert. His main research areas are software and data engineering, and trusted artificial intelligence.
