Dr. Dongdong Du received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Zhejiang University of Technology in 2012 and his Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from the Zhejiang University in 2017. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Zhejiang University in 2017–2020 and Italian Institute of Technology in 2021–2022. He is now an Assistant Research Fellow at the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, Zhejiang University. His research interests include intelligent agricultural equipment and signal processing. Dr. Du is a Member of ASABE. His research topics mainly include: agricultural robots, bioinspired soft robotics, and sensing technology for food quality.
