Dr. Oliver Kreuzer is a Principal at the Corporate Geoscience Group, an Australian consulting firm, and an adjunct research fellow at James Cook
University's Economic Geology Research Centre (EGRU). He earned an MSc in geology, paleontology, and mineralogy from Freiburg University, Germany, in 1999 and a PhD in economic geology from James Cook University, Australia, in 2003. Dr. Kreuzer’s expertise lies at the intersection of applied geoscience and the business of mineral exploration. His primary focuses include structural and ore deposit geology, exploration targeting, regional geological framework studies, mineral potential mapping, as well as the implementation of risk-value practices and decision-making processes in mineral exploration. In all these areas, geochemistry plays a crucial role. Dr Kreuzer is a member and registered professional geologist of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG) and a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), Society of Economic Geologists (SEG), Society for Geology Applied to Mineral Deposits (SGA), and Geological Society of Nevada (GSN).
Dr. Bijan Roshanravan is an adjunct professor at both Birjand University (BU) and Birjand University of Technology (BUT). He was awarded an MSc degree in Mining Exploration Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology (IUT), Iran, in 2014, and a PhD in the same field from Shahrood University of Technology (SUT), Iran, in 2018. Dr. Roshanravan specializes in artificial intelligence (AI) as applied to pattern detection in geoscientific datasets. His main areas of expertise include AI-driven predictive modeling of mineral potential, geological remote sensing, geochemical anomaly mapping, processing and interpretation of potential field geophysical data, and reserve estimation. He is a member of the
Iranian Mining Engineering Organization (IMEO), the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE), and the Iranian Society of Economic Geology (ISEG). Dr. Roshanravan was named "Top Ranked PhD Graduate" in Mining Exploration Engineering for 2022-2023 by ISEG, among all Iranian universities.
