Noureddine Harid received his M.Eng. (1986) and Ph.D. (1992) degrees in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Polytechnique of Algiers and Cardiff University, UK, respectively. He is currently Associate Professor Khalifa University where he leads research in the High-Voltage Research Laboratory within the Advanced Power and Energy Centre (APEC), on high-voltage polymeric and liquid insulation, partial discharge, condition monitoring and diagnostics, pulsed power, and grounding systems.
