Prof. Qinghua Liu is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Information and Communication, Guilin University of Electronic Technology, Guilin. She received a B.S. degree in physics from Sichuan Normal University, Chengdu, China, an M.S. degree in signal and information processing from the Guilin University of Electronic Technology, Guilin, China, and a Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 1995, 2001, and 2014, respectively. Her research interests include target detection and active noise control.
