Dr. S P Ahmad is an Associate Professor at the University of Kashmir. He received a B.Sc. a Master’s degree, and a Ph. D. in Statistics from the University of Kashmir in 1997, 2001, and 2006, respectively. He is a Life Member of the Indian Bayesian Society (IBS) and the International Society for Bayesian Analysis (ISBA). His research interests include Statistical Modeling, R, Bayesian Inference, Statistics as Topic, and Generalized Probability Distributions.
