Prof. Fengmao Liu is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the College of Science, China Agricultural University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural product storage and processing from Hebei Agricultural University and a master’s and doctoral degree in pesticide science from China Agricultural University. His research area is pesticide residues and agricultural product safety. He has presided over three international cooperation projects, one Natural Science Foundation project, six agricultural industry standard formulation (revision) plan projects, one Ministry of Commerce project, and one 948 project. He has participated in five major projects including the Beijing Natural Science Foundation project, a major project of the National Science and Technology Support Plan, a public welfare industry special project, and the 863 project. He has published more than 190 papers in domestic and foreign journals such as Anal Bioanal Chem, Food Control, Food Chemistry, Journal of Chromatography A, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, and Analytica Chimica Acta, of which more than 90 are included in SCI, and he is the first author or corresponding author of more than 70 SCI papers. He is the executive editor of the Journal of Pesticide Science and an editorial board member of the Journal of Agricultural Resources and Environment and Pesticide Science and Management.
