Prof. Dr. Dan Wan is Prof. and Doctor's Degree Supervisor
at the Hunan Normal University in China. He completed his PhD studies at Wuhan University. He has published several papers in top national journals, and
participated in reviewing manuscripts for many international journals and
conferences. He chaired the project of the National Social Science
Foundation of China, the project of the China Postdoctoral
Foundation, and participated in an Outstanding Fund project of the NSSF.
His main research interests include Philosophy of Science and Technology ；Public policy of science and technology, especially autonomous vehicle and AI.
