Sung Woon Cho is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Advanced Components and Materials Engineering at Sunchon National University, Suncheon, Republic of Korea. He received his Ph.D. in the School of Advanced Materials Science and Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) in 2018. His recent research interests focus on inorganic semiconductor thin-film transistors and their optoelectronic applications, including thin-film transistor backplanes, neuromorphic in-memory computing hardware, and autonomous smart sensors.
