Dr. Gülsüm Hatice Yüksel is a PhD student in Public Health at Marmara University and an Assistant in Family Medicine at the Department of Family Medicine, Istanbul Medeniyet University. She completed her undergraduate studies at Uludağ University, Faculty of Medicine (2006–2012), and her Master's studies in Public Health at Marmara University, Health Sciences Institute (2013–2016). Dr. Yüksel has completed certifications in areas such as rational antibiotic use, maternal mortality prevention, and workplace medicine. She has over 12 years of field experience, including 2 years at a community health center and 10 years at a family health center. She has published 5 papers in various journals about elderly medication use, vaccine refusal, autism awareness, and potentially inappropriate medication use in older adults. In addition, she has presented at several national and international conferences. Her interests focus on primary healthcare services, preventive healthcare, screenings, and women's health.
