Prof. Shuangxi Li holds a bachelor’s degree in water conservancy and hydropower engineering and a master’s degree in water conservancy engineering from the College of Water Conservancy and Civil Engineering of Xinjiang Agricultural University. He was previously a teaching assistant and lecturer at the College of Water Conservancy and Civil Engineering of Xinjiang Agricultural University and is now an associate professor. He is a member of the Urumqi High-Performance Concrete Committee. His research areas include new hydraulic materials, high-performance concrete, and ultra-high-performance concrete. He was awarded the first and third prizes of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Science and Technology Progress Award. He has presided over and participated in many national and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region scientific research projects as well as many horizontal projects. He has published more than thirty scientific research papers.
