Dr. Maher Khasawneh is an assistant professor at the Hashemite University. He earned a master's degree in finance and banking sciences from Yarmouk University in Jordan and a Doctor of Philosophy in Finance from the University of Stirling in the UK. He has been teaching at Yarmouk University and Hashemite University in Jordan for eight years. His expertise is concentrated in teaching finance and investment courses to bachelor's and master's students. Besides teaching, he is interested in research on financial markets and behavioral finance.
