Stela Jokić is a
Full Professor and a Vice-Dean for Marketing and Business Cooperation at the
Faculty of Food Technology, J.J.S. University of Osijek. She graduated from
Engineering of Food Technology and Process Engineering, Faculty of Food
Technology, J.J.S. University of Osijek. She received a Ph.D. at the same
university. She was an Assistant Professor and an Associate Professor at the
J.J.S. University of Osijek. She is a member of the Croatian Society of
Chemical Engineers and Technologists and the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek
in the International Association European Hygienic Engineering and Design
Group. She won the National Science Award for 2015 in the Field of Biotechnical
Sciences and the National Science Award for 2011 in the category Annual Award
for Junior Researchers in the Field of Biotechnical Sciences.
