Dr. Martin Pavlas is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Process Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology. He earned his Ph.D. in Design and Process Engineering in 2008 and his Ing. degree in Construction and Process Engineering in 2004 from the same university. He previously worked as a junior researcher at the NETME Centre, Power, Process, and Environmental Engineering Division. His research interests focus on the utilization of waste for energy production.
