Prof. Huabin Sun graduated from the Department of Physics of Nanjing University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree, and from the Department of Physics of Nanjing University in 2015 with a Doctor of Engineering degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics. He has studied and worked at the Japan Institute for Materials Research and Dongguk University in the Republic of Korea. He is a Distinguished Professor in the College of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His research interests mainly focus on device physics in novel semiconductor devices.
Prof. Dr. Jing Wan received a B.Sc. degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Nanchang University in 2005, an M.Sc. degree in Microelectronics and Solid-state Electronics from Fudan University in 2009, and a Ph.D. degree in Nanoelectronics and Nanotechnology from the University of Grenoble, France, in 2012. From 2012 to 2016, he was a Senior Engineer at Globalfoundries, Malta, USA. He is a Researcher and Doctoral Supervisor in the School of Information Science and Technology at Fudan University. He is also a Deputy Director of the Micro-Nano Systems Center. His research interests mainly focus on silicon-based advanced process integration and devices, semiconductor sensor devices, and artificial intelligence and chip application system design.
