Tajana Ban Kirigin’s main research interests include mathematical logic, theoretical computer science, computational complexity, collaborative systems, multiset rewriting, protocol security, and the application of computer science in multidisciplinary research, especially in digital linguistics.
Sanda Bujacic Babic, Ph.D., holds a doctorate in mathematics from the University of Zagreb and is currently an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Rijeka. Sanda Bujacic Babic's primary research interests include number theory, with particular emphasis on Diophantine m-tuples with the property D(4) in various rings, as well as machine learning and the application of mathematics in multidisciplinary research, especially in the field of artificial intelligence and digital linguistics.
Dr. Benedikt Perak is a linguist specializing in computational and corpus linguistics with a research focus on the intersection of artificial intelligence, natural language processing (NLP), and cognitive linguistics. His work explores AI-driven methods in language analysis, discourse modeling, and semantic network construction, particularly for under-resourced languages. His research integrates machine learning, computational semantics, and corpus-based methodologies to develop digital linguistic resources, AI-assisted language learning tools, and knowledge-representation frameworks.
