Prof. Dr. Yongqing Hou is a Professor of Light Industry at Wuhan University. He’s currently the vice president of Wuhan Light
Industry University and has been awarded the Second Prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress, the First Prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, and the First Prize of Hunan Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress. He has published over 80 SCI-indexed articles and over 200 published (or accepted) articles in domestic core journals. He serves as a reviewer for major journals and a member of the American Dietetic Association. His research topics mainly include the following: pigs, animal science and nutritional engineering, and nutrition.
Prof. Dr. Tao Wu is a professor at Wuhan Polytechnic University. He completed his Ph.D. studies in Preventive Veterinary Medicine at Huazhong Agricultural University and has been awarded the First Prize of Hubei Provincial Technical Invention and the Second Prize of Hubei Provincial Technical Achievements Popularization and Application. He has published over 60 academic papers, including more than 30 SCI papers, and 1 academic book and serves as a member of the Biofeed Technical Committee, a member of the China Feed Industry Association (CFIA), the executive director of Hubei Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medical Association, and a member of the Wuhan Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association. His research topics mainly include the following: animal intestinal flora and functional probiotics.
