Jai-Wei Lee is a Professor at the Department of Tropical Agriculture and International Cooperation, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology. He holds a B.Sc. from National Chung Hsing University, an M.S., and a Ph.D. from McGill University in 1993, 1999, and 2003. His research interests include Immunology, Physiology, and Livestock Management.
