Dongxin He is a distinguished faculty member at the School of Electrical Engineering, Shandong University, honored as a recipient of both the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) Young Talent Support Program and the prestigious "Qilu Young Scholar" title. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from North China Electric Power University in 2016, complemented by a joint doctoral training program at France's renowned LAPLACE Laboratory of the University of Toulouse. His cutting-edge research encompasses three key areas: advanced online monitoring and fault diagnosis technologies for critical power equipment including transformers and cables;pioneering investigations into space charge dynamics and applications in electrical insulation systems; innovative research on insulation packaging for high-voltage, high-power semiconductor devices.
