Arthur Robinet is a coastal risk engineer at BRGM (French Geological
Survey), France, based in Pessac. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Bordeaux in
2017, with a focus on the development of the reduced complexity shoreline change model (LX-Shore) dedicated to wave-dominated sandy coasts. From 2018 to 2019, he was a PostDoc fellow at BRGM. He conducts research in remote sensing, oceanography, and geomorphology, mainly focused on the observation and modeling of the dynamics of sandy coasts.
