Georgios I. Papoutsidakis, PhD, has been working as a Scientist in the Proteomics Department of Nuritas Ltd. since February 2022. He completed his undergraduate work at the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology (University of Thessaly, 2014, Greece), and he pursued his Master’s and Ph.D. studies at Newcastle University (2017, UK) and University College Dublin (2022, ROI), respectively. His research interests include the study of Proteomics in plant sources, the application of acoustic techniques in monitoring enzymatic processes in foods, the multimodal characterization of liquids in bulk and interface, and the rheological characterization of proteins and polysaccharides. He has authored one peer-reviewed publication. He is an Associate member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and the American Chemistry Society. Georgios I. Papoutsidakis has received the best presentation award at the 2021 Joint Nanoscience and Neutron Scattering User Meeting (Oak Ridge, TN, USA) and numerous traveling and professional development grants.
