Dr. Rui-Bo Jia is engaged in teaching and research at the School of Food Science and Technology of Guangdong Ocean University. He graduated with a doctorate in Food Science and Engineering from South China University of Technology in 2020. Currently, he is working on 7 research projects, including the Guangdong Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 40 academic papers in well-known domestic and foreign journals in food, including more than 20 papers as the first author or corresponding author; he has applied for several national invention patents, and obtained 7 authorizations. His research directions include the exploration and application of marine functional factors, and the processing and storage of aquatic foods.
