Qingzhen Lu is an Associate Professor at the Dalian University of Technology. She received her Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from the Dalian University of Technology in 2013. She mainly conducts research on core equipment for marine energy development such as on deepwater oil and gas, floating wind power, and mining. Her research directions include the intelligent and innovative design of deepwater cable equipment, structural failure analysis, experimental technology research and development, and the intelligent operation and maintenance of equipment throughout its life cycle based on digital twins. She has participated in and undertaken many national high-tech research and development programs, national key research and development programs, and National Natural Science Foundation and provincial key research and development programs. She is the main author and published the first monograph on umbilical cables for underwater production systems.
Yuanchao Yin is an Assistant Professor at the School of Chemical Engineering, Ocean and Life Sciences, Department of Ocean Science and Technology at the Dalian University of Technology. He received his Bachelor's Degree and Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from the Dalian University of Technology in 2013 and 2023, respectively. He mainly conducts research on core equipment for marine energy development such as on deepwater oil and gas, floating wind power, and mining. His research directions include deepwater cable equipment intelligence, innovative design, structural failure analysis, and experimental technology development.
Qianjin Yue is a Professor at the Dalian University of Technology and the first Dean of the School of Marine Science and Technology. He received his Ph.D. from the Dalian University of Technology in 2003. He was selected into the list of highly cited scholars in the field of marine engineering published by Elsevier for five consecutive years (2014–2018) and won the second prize of the Liaoning Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of the Marine Science and Technology Award three times, and the second prize of the Marine Engineering Science and Technology Award once. He conducts design, research, manufacturing, and management in the fields of marine engineering, marine equipment, marine scientific investigation, and marine resource development.
