Arthur Staevie Henn is an undergraduate student at the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM), carving a path in his academic journey with a focus on practical research and innovative thinking. With a strong interest in structural engineering and fire safety, Arthur has actively immersed himself in both theoretical and hands-on learning experiences.His time as a member of the Programa de Educação Tutorial (PET) allowed him to collaborate on academic projects and engage in community outreach, honing not only his technical skills but also his ability to work within a team and solve real-world problems. Currently, Arthur is a participant in the Núcleo de Investigação em Incêndios e Estruturas de Edifícios (NINCE) at UFSM, where he delves into fire dynamics, structural behavior under extreme conditions, and strategies for improving building safety.
