Prof. Ran Wang received a BS from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2016 and a PhD from Tianjin University in 2021. She was a visiting scholar at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in 2020. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Hong Kong and an associate professor at Tianjin University. She is on the editorial board of Building Science and Frontiers in Built Environment. Her research interests include building energy flexibility, building demand response, and building energy storage technology.
