Prof. Dr. Shilei Lu is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the National Academy of Excellent Engineers, Tianjin University. He received his PhD from Tianjin University (2007). From 2012 to 2013, he was a Visiting Scholar at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in the United States. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Senior Visiting Scholar at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in the United States. He was previously the Dean Assistant of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering at Tianjin University. He has won the second prize of the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize in the Shenyang Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize of the Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Academic Achievement Award. He has been engaged in research on building heat storage and low-carbon energy for a long time.
