Jiaqi Lu received a B.S. degree in automation from North China Electric Power University, Baoding, China, in 2018, and a Ph.D. in integrated circuit science and engineering from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2025. In 2025, she joined the Academy of Military Science of the People's Liberation Army as a research associate. Her research interests include spintronic devices and compute-in-memory chips.
Chengzhi Wang received a B.S. degree in integrated circuit design and integration systems from Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin, China, in 2011; a M.S. degree in electronic and communication engineering from Guizhou University, Guiyang, China, in 2014; and a Ph.D. in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the Fert Beijing Institute, Beihang University, China, in 2020. In 2020, he joined the Academy of Military Science of the People's Liberation Army as a research associate. His research interests include hybrid CMOS–spintronic-integrated circuit design.
