Dr. Yao Lv is an Associate Professor at the College of Horticultural Science and Engineering of Shandong Agricultural University. He received his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Vegetable Science from the College of Horticulture, Shandong Agricultural University, from 2014 to 2021, and joined Shandong Agricultural University in 2021. His research direction is vegetable cultivation physiology and molecular biology, and he is mainly engaged in the organ development of special vegetables (onion, ginger, and garlic) and the toxic mechanism of environmental pollution in origin.
