Dr. Zhifeng Qiu received her M.S. degree in control
engineering from Central South University, Changsha, China, and her Ph.D.
degree in electrical engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Leuven,
Belgium, in 2004 and 2013, respectively. She is currently with Central South
University. Her current research interests include techno-economic problems in
power systems, game-theoretic-based analysis of the power market, and
integration of renewable energy into smart grids.
