Ana Sarmiento Riveros. Nurse. Graduated from the Universidad San Sebastián, Chile in 2014. Graduated with a Master's Degree in Family and Community Health in Primary Care, Chile (2019). Diploma in Family and Community Assessment (2017), Family and Community Health Intervention (2017), Pedagogy in Higher Education (2018), in Family and Community Health Management (2018), all at the Universidad Santo Tomás (UST), Chile; also, a diploma in Scientific Research and Generation of Open Knowledge at the Universidad del Desarrollo and SCImago, Chile (2022). She has work experience in home hospitalization. Actuality dedicated to university teaching since 2015 in UST,  guides undergraduate theses in Nursing, and teaching Coordinator of National Academic Centers for Family and Community Health. Supervising clinical experience and teaching undergraduate courses in Primary Care such as Health Promotion in Community Organizations, Family Care Management, Educational Interventions in Health, and Nursing Foundations in Primary Care. Juan Barahona Barahona. Nurse. Graduated from the University of Concepción, Chile in 1990. He has Intra-hospital work experience in Emergency Service, Pre-hospital, and Care Pediatric Intensive Care. Dedicated to university teaching since 2013. Graduate a Master's Degree in University Teaching from the Universidad Autónoma, Chile, in 2014, and a diplomate in Education Management from the Universidad Santo Tomás (UST), Chile in 2016. He has been an academic at UST since December 2014, teaching undergraduate courses on hospitalized children and adolescents, guiding undergraduate thesis in Nursing and the subject of adult and child emergency, and postgraduate studies in the Master's degree in comprehensive care for early childhood. Presents publications in Hospital Nutrition Magazine on the Prevalence of Overweight and Obesity in Boys and Girls Under 5 Years of Age who Attend Public Preschool Education Establishments. Besides, on REDE Electronic Magazine on Perception of service learning – citizen civic sphere in nursing students. I am an active member of 3 scientific societies: the Chilean Society of Children and Adolescents, the Chilean Association of Nursing Schools and the International Network of Nursing in Child Health, Red ENS.

Hector Burgos Gallegos, a professional with a PhD in Psychology, with training in Biology, Education, and Psychology; publishes on topics of malnutrition and the influence of drugs on cognition and affectivity in preclinical models (rats and mice) as well as clinical models (high vulnerability populations). He specializes in neuropsychological evaluation, intervention, and neurobiological mechanisms of cognition and affectivity in high-impact factor journals. He currently works as a research academic directing theses and research at the Faculty of Health and as a member of the academic faculty of the Master's in Interdisciplinary Clinical Gerontology at the Universidad Santo Tomás (UST); he also directs postgraduate theses in the Master's in Neuropsychology and Education at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR). He is Director and maintains research and community support projects in older adults and populations with neurodevelopmental disorders in rural areas. An active member of the Sociedad Chilena de Salud Mental (SChSM). He has received awards for publications from Nestlé S.A., Clínica Santa Sofía, and SChSM.
