Ewelina Włodarczyk is an assistant professor in the Department of Safety Engineering of the Faculty of Mining, Safety Engineering and Industrial Automation at the Silesian University of Technology. Her research interests include management, safety management, energy security, energy policy, strategic management, production planning and forecasting, economics of the demand and production process, logistic management, databases and information technologies in management and environmental protection.
Dr. Joanna Herczakowska is a researcher and assistant professor at the Silesian University of Technology. She is affiliated with the Department of Safety Engineering, where she contributes significantly to the field of safety engineering. Dr. Herczakowska's research interests include the management of safety in its broadest sense, risk modeling and assessment, energy security, energy policy and occupational health and safety management. Throughout her academic career, Dr. Herczakowska has published numerous articles in reputable scientific journals and has presented her work at various national and international conferences. Her dedication to advancing safety engineering and energy security has earned her recognition within the academic community and beyond. Dr. Herczakowska is also actively involved in collaborative research projects, working with both academic and industry partners to address pressing safety challenges, promote best practices in energy policy and enhance occupational safety and health standards.
