Lei Wang is an associate researcher at the Institute of Electrical Engineering, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2017. He worked as an assistant researcher at the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2017 to 2019 and became an associate researcher in 2020. He is a member of the Youth Work Committee of the Electrotechnical Society. His research interests include high-temperature superconducting magnets and strong electromagnetic equipment, permanent magnet technology, and superconducting electric suspension technology. He has undertaken scientific research projects such as the Basic Frontier Scientific Research Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Young Talent Support Project, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
Prof. Dr. Jianhua Liu holds a Doctor of Engineering (2011) from
the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing,
China, where he works as a researcher. He also serves as a Professor at the Chinese Academy of
Sciences. He was a Visiting
Scholar at CERN from 2011
to 2013. His research interests include ultra-high-field superconducting magnet technology, high-temperature
superconducting magnet technology, interventional medical magnetic navigation
technology, etc. He won the IOP Publishing Top Cited Paper
Award, the Gold Medal of the International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, etc.
Prof. Dr. Qiuliang Wang is a Professor at the Chinese Academy of
Sciences and the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of
Sciences, Beijing, China. He obtained a doctorate from the Graduate
School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1994 and worked as a postdoctoral
fellow at Kyushu University in Japan in 1996. He was elected as an Academician of the Chinese Academy of
Sciences in 2019. His current research interests include superconducting
magnets and new technologies of electrical engineering and energy. He won the
second prize in the National
Technology Invention Awards, second
prize in the National S&T Progress Awards, etc.
