Prof. Dr. Wanwipa Vongsangnak is Professor at the Department of Zoology,
Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand. She obtained her
B.Sc. in Biotechnology (First honors) from Mahidol University, Thailand in 2004,
her M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from the King Mongkut’s University of
Technology Thonburi, Thailand in 2006, and her Ph.D. in Bioscience from the
Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden in 2009. She afterwards completed her
post-doctoral studies at Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. Her research
interests include bioinformatics techniques and analysis; multilevel-omics data
analysis and integrations (Systems Biology approach); biological networks
analysis, graph theory and topology; comparative genomics and transcriptomics
analysis; biological sequence analysis; molecular biology; synthetic biology.
