Author Biographies

Mohammad Shamsuddoha is an Associate Professor at the School of Management and Marketing at Western Illinois University. He earned his PhD in Supply Chain Management and has received recognition for his contributions to supply chain efficiency, sustainable logistics, and technology-driven automation. He has led projects on supply chain resilience, circular economy in dairy farming, and AI-driven warehouse management. With over 100 research publications, his work has appeared in prestigious journals, books, and conferences. He is also a reviewer and advisor for various academic societies and research initiatives. His teaching expertise includes Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Strategy, and Business Analytics. His research focuses on sustainable supply chains, intelligent automation, system dynamics, and technology integration in industrial and agricultural sectors.
Tasnuba Nasir received her PhD in Supply Chain from Curtin University in 2016. She has worked as an Assistant Professor at Quincy University, USA, since 2023. She has worked for Western Illinois University, the University of Science and Technology Chittagong and East Delta University since 2009. Her research topics mainly include supply chain risk management, sustainable logistics, intelligent automation.
