Heng Li is currently an Associate Professor at the School of
Computer Science and Engineering, at Central South University (CSU). Before
joining CSU, he was a research assistant in the Department of Computer Science
at the University of Victoria, Canada. His research interest is focused on
battery management systems, big data analysis of electric vehicles, energy
management of electric vehicles and smart grids, and cooperative control of
heavy haul trains. He was the recipient of the Best Thesis Award from Central
South University and Hunan Province in 2018 and 2019, respectively. In 2020, he
won the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Award and China Railway Academy
Science and Technology Award. he received the Best Paper Award of ICIVIS 2021.
Dr. Baogang Lv is Deputy Director of the Laboratory of Lunar and deep-space Exploration Technology at the Xi’an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He graduated from Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology of China with both bachelor's and master's degrees. Dr. Baogang Lv has been engaged in research at the Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Machinery and has served as a senior engineer, since 2014. Dr. Baogang Lv has participated in several Chinese national scientific research projects, such as the CE-5 panoramic camera, Tianwen-1 multispectral camera, HXI collimator and pointing mirror development, CE-7 payload Raman spectrometer, Tianwen-2 multispectral camera wait. He also served as the leader of the Mars Microscope Focal Plane Component Development Project from 2016 to 2022. His research direction is FPGA-based spaceborne equipment control technology and image processing.
