Cristóbal Ballesteros-Regaña is from the University of Seville (Spain), BSc (1997) and PhD (2002). He currently holds the position of Professor in the Department of Didactics and Educational Organization/Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación of the University of Seville (Spain). His work in the area of Didactics and School Organization has resulted in numerous publications, presentations, conferences, and courses. He has also participated in teaching innovation projects related to the EHEA, courses, seminars, and congresses of specialization oriented to didactic training as a university teacher. He has received the First National Prize in Education Sciences Studies, in the National University Education End of Degree Awards corresponding to the 1992-1997 promotion and the Applied Social Research Award for the work entitled “Estado actual del voluntariado andaluz: necesidades formativas”, organized by the Área de Acción Social de la Excma Diputación Provincial de Sevilla during the year 2003. His research interests address the design, development, and didactic evaluation of ICT media and teaching and learning processes.
