Hoang Viet Do received the bachelor’s degree in control engineering and automation technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam. He received his dual master’s degree in Software Convergence and Convergence Engineering for Intelligent Drone from Sejong University, Seoul, Republic of Korea. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Intelligent Mechatronics Engineering and the Department of Convergence Engineering for Intelligent Drone at Sejong University. His research interests include Kalman filtering and inertial-based navigation systems for autonomous robots.
Jin Woo Song received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Control and Instrumentation Engineering and his Ph.D. degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Computer Engineering at Seoul National University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, in 1995, 1997, and 2002, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics and the Department of Convergence for the major Intelligent Drones at Sejong University, Seoul, Republic of Korea. He is an active member of the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Institute. His research interests include GNSS/INS, robust and optimal control, and MEMS sensors.
