Gergana Petrova is a professor at the Department of Nursing care, Faculty of Public Health, Medical University of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. She has been the lead for MU-Plovdiv on two successful funded projects under the Erasmus+ Strategic partnership. She has a strong background in nursing; public healthcare and healthcare management; medical education. She has a professional interest in health promotion; mental health promotion of child and adolescent in medical education; public health; healthcare; nursing. She is a member of the European Public Health Association (EUPHA); Bulgarian Sciences Society of Public Health (BSSPH); Bulgarian Public Health Association (BPHA); Bulgarian Association of Health Professionals in Nursing (BAHPN).
