Dr. Hangguan Shan received his bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University in 2004 and his doctorate from Fudan University in 2009. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo, Canada, from 2009 to 2010; as an assistant professor at the College of Information Science and Electronic Engineering at Zhejiang University from 2011 to 2015; and as an associate professor at the College of Information Science and Electronic Engineering at Zhejiang University from 2016 to present. His research interests include integrated sensing and communication; resource allocation based on machine learning; wireless network modeling and optimization; quality of service provisioning; and cross-layer protocol design and optimization.
