Alexandros G. Brotis is an Assistant Professor at the University of Thessaly, Larisa, Greece. His research interests mainly focus on Hemispherectomy: Indications, Surgical Techniques, Complications, and Outcome. His research interests are reflected in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. He authored/co-authored 98 publications with 1058 citations and an h-index of 18 (Scopus, December 2023).
Prof. Dr. Efthimios Dardiotis is a Professor at the Department of Neurology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Thessaly, and Head of the Department of Neurology, General University Hospital of Larissa. He
graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a BA degree in 1997. He obtained his Ph.D. in Neurology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Thessaly in 2008. He was a post-doctoral fellow at the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics (2007–2009). He is a member of the
Greek Neurological Society, the European Neurological Society, and the Hellenic Society of Immunology. His work mainly focuses on genetic epidemiology.
