Author Biographies

Bin Feng studied at Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology (XAUST) from September 2016 to June 2022, majoring in Urban and Rural Planning, and received a Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.) degree. He is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Geography and Environmental Science at Northwest Normal University, presides over projects such as the Provincial Science and Technology Plan of Gansu Province for 2024, has published more than ten papers in academic journals, and undertakes the teaching of two courses: “Principles of Urban Planning” and “Cultural Heritage Preservation and Inheritance.” He is a member of the fourth council of the Gansu Urban Science Research Association and a member of the first professional committee of historical and cultural cities, towns, and villages within the Gansu Urban Science Research Association. His main research focus is urban and rural cultural heritage protection.
Wei Li graduated from the School of Geography and Environmental Science at Northwest Normal University in 2005, majoring in Human Geography, and obtained a Master's degree. He is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Geography and Environmental Science at Northwest Normal University, the director of the Institute of Urban Planning and Tourism Landscape Design, an expert on the Gansu Construction Science and Technology Expert Committee, an expert on the Tourism Planning Advisory Committee of the Provincial Tourism Development Commission, and a member of the first group of innovation and entrepreneurship tutors in Gansu Province. He is mainly engaged in urban and rural development and planning, tourism planning, and landscape design research work.
