Dr. Olivia Kalmanson is a current resident in the department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Colorado. She received her medical degree in 2018 from Loyola University, where she was awarded the President's Medallion. She has nearly completed a 7-year T32 research-track residency, during which time she studied basic, translational, and clinical aspects of hearing and balance disorders. She will complete her fellowship in Neurotology at the University of Miami with an anticipated completion date in 2027. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, Alpha Sigma Nu honor society, Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, and the American Neurotology Society.
Dr. Carol Foster is the former Director of the Balance Laboratory at the University of Colorado Hospital and Professor Emerita of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Colorado School of
Medicine. She earned her medical degree in 1981 and completed the Residency in Surgery at the University of California in 1983. She then completed Fellowships in Neuro-otology, UCLA Medical Center Program, NIH Fellowship (1994), and Otology & Neurotology (1995) at the University of Colorado. Dr. Carol Foster studies BPPV, Meniere's disease and Sleep apnea-related dizziness. Her clinical interests include the diagnosis and treatment of all forms of dizziness and imbalance. Dr. Carol Foster is also a member of the American Medical
Association and the Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery.
