Sílvia Lopes received a degree in Psychology and completed Ph.D. studies in Human Resources, Work, and Organizational Psychology from the University of Lisbon, Portugal. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (FPCE), University of Coimbra, Portugal. She also serves as an integrated member of CICPSI, the research centre at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Lisbon. As a lecturer in the Master's Degree program in Organizational Psychology and the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Degree in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (EMJMDWOPP) at the University of Coimbra, Dr Lopes is responsible for several key curricular units: Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior: Theoretical Perspectives, Ergonomics and Human Factors, and Intervention in Work Psychology. She has made significant contributions to her field, with numerous publications in high-impact international journals, including Frontiers in Psychology, Career Development International, International Journal of Stress Management, Social Indicators Research, International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, Employee Relations, Sustainability, and Journal of Knowledge Management.
