Rifat Tasnim Juthi is a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State College of Medicine. Rifat has completed a Bachelor's and Master's in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Later, Rifat worked as an Analytical Research Executive at Aristopharma Ltd., Bangladesh, and as a Research Officer at icddr,b, Bangladesh. Rifat's research experience includes in vitro chemical assays of finished pharmaceutical products. Rifat also investigated the sensitivity of saliva as a sample source for COVID-19 rapid diagnostic kits.
