JunBeom Park received a B.S. in software engineering from Korea Aerospace University, Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea in 2018. He pursued his M.S. in computer engineering at Korea Aerospace University's Graduate School in 2018 and transitioned to the Ph.D. program in computer engineering at the same institution in 2020, where he is currently a Ph.D. candidate and a researcher at the NSLAB. His research focuses on security modeling, satellite networks, software-defined networking (SDN), and blockchain security. He has contributed to several research projects on satellite communication security and has published multiple papers in international journals and at international conferences.
Taehoon Eom received a B.S. in computer engineering from Korea Aerospace University, Goyang, South Korea in February 2012, an M.S. in computer engineering from the same university in February 2014, and a Ph.D. in computer engineering in August 2020. From 2022 to 2023, he served as an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Korea Aerospace University. He is currently a team leader at the Artificial Intelligence Industry Cluster Agency (AICA) in Gwangju, Buk-gu, Republic of Korea. His research focuses on security modeling, software-defined networking (SDN), AI semiconductors, and artificial-intelligence technologies. He has led multiple research projects related to network security and AI-driven cybersecurity solutions and has published numerous papers in international journals and at international conferences.
HyunGeun Kim received his B.S. in software engineering from Korea Aerospace University, Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea in 2016, followed by an M.S. in computer engineering from the same institution in 2018. He completed his Ph.D. in computer engineering at Korea Aerospace University in 2024. He began his research career as an undergraduate researcher in 2014 and has been actively engaged in research ever since. Currently, he serves as the CEO and CTO of The New Feature, a technology company based in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. His research interests include reinforcement learning, generative AI, and explainable AI. He has led multiple projects focused on AI-driven optimization and advanced machine-learning techniques and continues to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI technologies.
Hyeonsu Park received a B.S. in software engineering from Korea Aerospace University, Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea in 2023. Currently, he is pursuing an M.S. at the Department of Computer Engineering. His research interests include federated learning and the optimization of artificial-intelligence models for lightweight deployment.
Zizung Yoon received a diploma in aerospace engineering in 2006 and a Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) in space technology in 2011, both from Technische Universitaet Berlin. From 2012 to 2023, he was a research fellow and a project lead for small satellites at the Chair of Space Technology, Technische Universitaet Berlin. In 2021, he founded the company Rapid Cubes GmbH to provide cost-effective small satellite systems. He is currently an associate professor at Korea Aerospace University and is leading the lab for distributed space systems. His current research interests include satellite onboard AI, formation flight, distributed space systems, satellite constellations, and IOT communications.
JongSou Park received an M.S. in electrical and computer engineering from North Carolina State University in 1986 and a Ph.D.
in computer engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1994. From 1994 to 1996, he was an assistant professor in the Computer Engineering Department at Pennsylvania State University. He was the president of the KSEA, Central PA chapter. He is currently a full professor in the Software Department at Korea Aerospace University. His current research interests include information security, embedded systems, blockchain technology, and satellite networks. He is also interested in resource exploration using airships, satellites, and microrobots. He is a member of IEICE and an executive board member of both the Korea Institute of Information Security and Cryptology and the Korea Information Assurance Society.
