Woong-Hee Lee received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2009 and his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, he was an Experienced Researcher with Advanced Standard Research and Development Laboratories, LG Electronics Inc., Seoul. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Department of Communication Systems, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. From 2020 to 2021, he was an Experienced Researcher with Ericsson Research, Stockholm. From 2021 to 2024, he was an Assistant Professor at the Department of Control and Instrumentation Engineering, Korea University, Sejong-si, the Republic of Korea. Since March 2024, he has been an Assistant Professor with the Division of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Dongguk University, Seoul. His research interests include signal processing, machine learning, and game theory in wireless communications.
