My name is Amir Abdelazim Ahmed. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from Zagazig University, as well as a fellowship in Hospital Management and a specialization in Clinical Pathology. With eight years of experience in clinical pathology in Egypt, I served as the Deputy Director of Laboratory Administration in Sharqia Governorate. I later relocated to Kuwait, where I worked at the Tumor Marker Laboratories and subsequently joined the Kuwait Medical Genetics Center. During my eight years there, I contributed to establishing the Kuwait National Newborn Screening Program and analyzed genetic sequencing data for rare diseases in the Bioinformatics Unit. Since 2021, I have been working at the Kuwait Cancer Center in the Advanced Genetic Sequencing and Cancer Genetics Unit, specializing in advanced genetic analysis for cancer and tumors. Throughout my career, I have been committed to advancing research in oncology and genetics.
