Dr. Ivanka Georgieva Kamenova is Chief Assist. Prof. Eng. at the Department of Sustainable Land Use and Real Estate Management, Faculty of Geodesy, University of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy, Sofia, Bulgaria. She completed her PhD studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy. Kamenova conducts lectures and exercises in the following academic disciplines: “Real Estate Valuation” in "Geodesy" and the “Principles of Valuation” and “Real Estate Valuation” in "Land and Real Estate Management and Planning". She has published scientific articles in the fields of real estate and the markets of various types of real estate. She is a certified appraiser with qualifications in Real Estate, Agricultural Land, and Perennial Crops. Her research interests are real estate valuation; real estate management; real estate planning; real estate investments; ecological and environmental planning; urban development.
