Karnjana Nimarangkul is a PhD student in the Methodology Research Division at the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Palliative Care, King’s College London, and a nursing lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University. She graduated with first-class honours in Nursing Science from Chiang Mai University in 2014 and earned a Master of Nursing Science (Midwifery) in 2021. With over five years of experience as a registered nurse and clinical instructor in the labour unit at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, she has specialised in midwifery, focusing on high-risk pregnancies, including pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), and preterm labour. As an educator, she plays a key role in midwifery education and clinical training, mentoring future nursing professionals. Beyond teaching, she actively contributes to research as a co-researcher in studies related to midwifery, nursing education, and healthcare services. Her primary research interests lie in high-risk pregnancies, particularly among women with gestational diabetes.
